Terminals and stations

The Luton DART, an automated shuttle, links the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway station, 2.3 km away.²

Into central London

Luton DART. Operator: Luton DART. Runs 24 hours a day and takes under four minutes: every 5 minutes at peak times, every 8 off-peak and every 15 from 22:00 to 04:00. On 1 November 2026 the airport gave the adult single as £4.90. You can buy it with your train ticket by choosing Luton Airport (LUA) as your destination.² Official page for Luton DART (opens in new tab)
Luton Airport Express. Operator: East Midlands Railway. Non-stop from Luton Airport Parkway to St Pancras in 22 to 32 minutes, up to two trains an hour; on weekdays the first is 05:45 and the last 23:51. Thameslink. Operator: Thameslink. Direct to St Pancras (24 to 45 minutes), Farringdon, City Thameslink, London Blackfriars and London Bridge, up to eight trains an hour and through the night. Coach. Operator: National Express, Greenline. National Express A1 and A31 to Victoria Coach Station and A2 to Paddington, via Baker Street; Greenline 757 to Victoria via Baker Street and Marble Arch. The airport says coaches run 24 hours a day and take about 60 to 90 minutes to central London, depending on traffic.⁴ Official page for Coach (opens in new tab)

Accesso senza gradini

National Rail lists Luton Airport Parkway as step-free category A, with lifts and staff help listed around the clock. When the station is closed, the route between the station front and the DART building is via Gypsy Lane and Kimpton Road.⁵
